This special Cairns event brings together breath, sound, and internal awareness in a shared space designed to support presence, grounding, and embodied connection.

A nature-informed somatic breathwork and sound practice that blends gentle breathwork, somatic inquiry, and immersive 360° nature soundscapes with live music to facilitate deeper body awareness and support the nervous system.
The session will include guided breathwork, somatic inquiry, and a live sound journey featuring instruments such as Native American flutes, handpan, didgeridoo, guitar, Tibetan bowls, gongs and voice to name a few. Breath and sound are woven together with immersive soundscapes recorded in national parks around Australia, creating a spacious, supportive setting where participants are invited to tune into their internal sensations and present-moment experience. The afternoon will be finished with a relaxing and spacious sound healing.

About the facilitators
Manoa is an internationally touring singer songwriter & multi instrumentalist, breathwork facilitator, ecopsychologist (PhD) and environmental educator whose work explores the relationship between breath, sound, nature, and the internal environment. His practice brings together research-informed somatic breathwork, live music, and immersive nature soundscapes.
Oden Cosmos is a musician, sound healer and breathwork facilitator known for creating grounded, expansive spaces that integrate rhythm, voice, breath, and sound. His facilitation style supports deep listening, presence, and embodied awareness.
Together, Manoa and Oden offer a collaborative experience that balances structure with spaciousness, allowing the session to unfold responsively to the group.
