Biophilic Breathwork & Sound Journey

Cairns | Trinity Beach Community Hall

Feeling overwhelmed or just need some space and silence?

Take an evening to slow down, reconnect with your body, and find space within.

Join Manoa and Oden Cosmos for an immersive journey combining somatic breathwork, live music and 360° nature soundscapes recorded in wild places.

A grounded, supportive space to quiet the mind, explore your internal experience and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

🌿 What to expect

Access your internal environment. Find space within.

Biophilic Breathwork & Sound Journey is a nature-informed somatic experience that weaves together guided breathwork, somatic inquiry, live music and immersive nature soundscapes.

Through breath and body awareness, you'll be invited to slow down, notice what's happening within and create space for whatever arises, without needing to force or achieve a particular outcome.

The journey includes:

  • Guided somatic breathwork and body awareness practices

  • Somatic inquiry to explore sensations, emotions and present-moment experience

  • Immersive 360° nature soundscapes recorded in national parks and wild places

  • Live music featuring Native American flutes, handpan, didgeridoo, guitar, Tibetan bowls, gongs and voice

  • A spacious closing sound healing for relaxation and integration

Breath, music and the sounds of the natural world are woven together to support deep listening, embodied awareness and connection with your internal environment.

✨ What makes this different

You're not just listening to music or following a breathing technique.

You're invited to explore the relationship between your breath, body and the natural world.

Drawing on ecopsychology and somatic practices, this experience combines immersive nature recordings with live instruments and guided breathwork to create a space for presence, self-inquiry and connection.

👥 About the facilitators

Manoa (Dr Steve Andrews) is an internationally touring singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, trained breathwork facilitator, ecopsychologist (PhD) and environmental educator.

Oden Cosmos is a musician, sound healer and breathwork facilitator known for creating grounded, expansive spaces that integrate rhythm, voice, breath and sound. His facilitation style supports deep listening, presence and embodied awareness.

Together, Manoa and Oden offer a collaborative experience that balances structure with spaciousness, allowing the session to unfold responsively to the group.
