🌿 Reset Your Nervous System Through Breath & Sound

Biophilic Sound Journey

Reconnecting with the Land

Feeling overwhelmed, wired, or mentally overloaded?

🌿 This is a space to slow down, quiet the mind, rejuvenate and reconnect with the natural world.

🌿 A deeply immersive 90-minute experience

A 90-minute immersive journey through 360° nature soundscapes recorded in wild places, woven together with live Native American flute, didgeridoo, handpan, guitar and vocals. An invitation to quiet the mind, experience deep relaxation, rejuvenate and reconnect with the land.

This experience combines:

  • 360° immersive nature soundscapes recorded in national parks and wild places

  • Live music performed by Manoa

  • Gentle breathwork and body awareness practices to help you settle into the experience

✨ What makes this different

You're not just listening to music.

You're inside the sound.

Surrounded by immersive nature recordings layered with live instruments, you'll experience the sounds of the natural world in a completely different way.

Drawing on ecopsychology and biophilia — our innate connection with nature — this journey invites you to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with the living world.

🎶 The journey includes

  • Gentle, guided breathing and body awareness practices to begin

  • An immersive live sound journey featuring Native American flute, didgeridoo, handpan, guitar and vocals

  • 360° nature soundscapes recorded in wild places

  • A gradual return through grounding and quiet reflection

👥 Held in a grounded, supportive space

No experience needed.

You'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to be immersed in the sound.

The introductory breathwork is gentle and accessible, with no intense breathing techniques.
