Birds in Formation present our Soaring Inspiration event featuring the amazing Foxxy - Reclaim your Sass!

Foxxy is an ‘out-of-the-box’ facilitator and coach, who works with women in a relationship or want to be in a relationship to step up and give themselves permission to be who they are.

Tickets include wine and nibbles, networking and an amazing and inspiring speaker and dance session.

In this nurturing and fun event:

6.00 pm to 8.00 pm

Do you want to step fully into your power and love yourself from the inside out, so you can transform your life and relationships?

The quickest way for emotional healing to happen is through the movement of the body.

In collaboration with Natalie King and Jo Draper of Birds in Formation, Foxxy will bring an evening of fun playful
movement as she teaches us how to ‘Reclaim Your Sass’.

8.00 pm to 10.00 pm
Enjoy nibbles and wine and dance away to groovy tunes!
Bring your dancing shoes and dance to your heart's content, with DJ – Sarina. Not to be missed!

What to bring:

Wear something comfortable, yet looks and makes you feel sexy. (layers are best in case you get cold or hot)

How the evening will run:

First, we will sit in a circle and share what brought us here, and Foxxy will tell a little of her story.

Then we will learn the sexy and groovy moves of burlesque and strip-dance…. And make up a short easy routine… And for those who are ‘game’, we will video our finished group dance.

After we are done… Stay for nibbles and drinks afterwards around the fire outside under the trees and stars.
