Birds of Wonga Wetlands Tour with CSU Associate Professor Dr Melanie Massaro

Group will meet at 9am at the main Wonga Wetlands car park, next to the Riverina Highway.
This is a family friendly tour led by expert Ornithologist Dr Melanie Massaro from Charles Sturt University and the Gulbali Institute. Dr Melanie, alongside Wonga Wetlands staff, will take participants on a walking tour of the wetlands site, paying close attention to the abundant birdlife that call the wetlands home. Dr Melanie will share her extensive knowledge of birdlife and tips on how to best spot them. No experience with bird-watching necessary, all children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the tour.

Please note: the tour will be outdoors, gentle walking involved, suitable walking shoes and attire, including sun protection required. Binoculars recommended, but not essential.
