Learning Objectives:
  • Participants will be able to identify, define and use the PLISSIT model 

  • Identify and integrate 2 communication techniques for effective communication regarding sex in relational therapy and family systems

  • Name and utilize the 3 stages of kink scene planning in kink and vanilla dynamics 

  • Participants will be able to identify how to ethically discuss and work with desire discrepancy and desire development development. 

  • Participants will be able to identify communication and negotiation techniques that center queer and kink identities and challenge preconceived notions of healthy sex that privileges heterosexuality.
