Health & Wellness Expo: Birkenhead Village
Description
Positioned in 1913 as Auckland’s most healthy marine suburb and flanked by native bush on three sides, our village has evolved into a true sanctuary for health and vitality. Over the past year alone, our wellness community has grown from 60 to over 80 dedicated businesses, officially cementing Birkenhead as Auckland’s premier health and wellness destination.
Following the success of our debut event, we are thrilled to return with our second annual Wellness & Health Expo, expanding into a full weekend on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July, with one day dedicated to activations and one day to inspiring and advising. For more information on Saturday activations, head to www.birkenhead.net.nz/events
This year, our focus is entirely proactive, shifting the conversation from mere lifespan (the number of years we live) to healthspan—maximizing the quality, energy, and wellness of those years to secure a more vibrant, high-quality future for you and your family.
To keep the insights vital and engaging, we’ve mixed up our schedule to feature a dynamic blend of solo keynotes and interactive expert panels. The weekend will be opened by our headline keynote speaker, Dr. Ajmol Ali, presenting his essential session:
“Live Better, Not Just Longer: Why Healthspan Matters”
Throughout the day, you will gain direct access to Dr. Ali and an impressive lineup of local specialists who bring over 120 years of collective experience straight to you.
To secure your spot, please purchase your $2 tickets with all profits going to The Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand.
