These free community catch-ups are a warm, welcoming space where expecting mums, dads, and the brilliant practitioners who support them can come together, connect, and dive into real, relevant conversations.

Each month, we explore a different topic around pregnancy, birth, and the wild ride of early parenthood — think soulful chats, evidence-based wisdom, and the kind of support you didn’t know you needed. We kick things off with a short, thought-provoking presentation from a guest speaker (or one of us!) and then open the floor for questions, reflections, and good old-fashioned human connection.

Whether you’re growing a baby, supporting someone who is, or working in the birth space, you’re so welcome here. Come for the insights, stay for the community — and leave feeling a little more seen, heard, and uplifted.
