Birth & Mama Circle

Event description

Would you like to gather with women, other new and gestating mothers and really share, talk and connect? Women's circles are incredibly powerful agents for self-reflection, growth, sisterhood and most importantly, support.

As an experienced woman of circle, Cath will hold a series of 4 fortnightly circles. The focus of the circles will be the exploration of birth as a significant rite of passage in life, using the great myth of Inanna's descent, ritual, art, movement, breath, embodiment and journalling to deepen the inner work.

In circle, we drop in deeply with ourselves and each other; we listen to others authentically and open ourselves to be seen and heard, judgement and mask free.

In addition to the circle experience, Cath will mentor the group to continue holding circle for themselves at the completion of the series if so desired.

During this circle series, you will learn to hold space for one another, share authentically, and create connection through the experience of being on the motherhood journey, whether you are on the pre-conception journey, already pregnant or you have a baby. If you feel called to claim your seat in this circle of mothers, please do. All women warmly welcome.

The circle series commences Wednesday 27th January 2021 and runs fortnightly for 4 sessions.

(Dates: 27 Jan, Feb 10, Feb 24, March 10)

6-8pm @ Railway Health Hub, Geraldton.

Bookings essential. Babes in arms welcome.

You may like to attend this Birth & Mama Circle series simply to drop in and immerse yourself in the experience, or you may feel inspired to continue to hold circle with the skills and tools acquired. This is an embodied experience, and you will receive take home information in addition to the fortnightly circle immersions

The next circle series is planned to commence April 2021.
