Birth Memories Circle
Description
A gentle space to remember, reflect and return to your birth story.
Birth changes us in ways that words often can't fully capture.
For some women, birth is remembered with love, strength and gratitude. For others, it carries unanswered questions, unexpected emotions or moments that have never had the opportunity to be acknowledged. Whatever your experience, your story matters.
We warmly invite you to join us for an intimate afternoon where you'll be gently guided to reconnect with your birth journey through:
Grounding meditation
Ceremonial cacao
Reflective journalling
An optional sharing circle
Gentle support throughout the gathering
We would be deeply honoured to welcome you into this circle and weave together a space where stories are witnessed, hearts are held and the wisdom within each woman is gently remembered.
No writing experience or artistic ability is needed.
Simply come exactly as you are.
We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of this land and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
~ ABOUT US ~
Valentina
Val has always been deeply curious about the early years of life and the experiences that shape us from the very beginning.
As an Early Childhood Educator with over ten years of experience, she has had the privilege of supporting children and their families through the early years.
Her work continues to be guided by a deep interest in physiology (the body's innate wisdom) and the early experiences that nurture babies, mothers and families.
She feels deeply honoured to create gentle, welcoming spaces where women, children and families feel seen, heard and supported.
Yasmin
Yas believes the medicine already lives within each woman. Her intention is to hold a safe and loving space where you can reconnect with your own wisdom, your heart and the wild intuitive nature that has always been yours.
Devoted to supporting woman in reconnecting with their hearts and connection womb-heart, she has created 'Nesting Space'.
Yas's work is rooted in a deep love for both women and children. As a counsellor and Early Childhood Educator, she is devoted to supporting the emotional wellbeing of families from the very beginning. She believes that when mothers feel held, children flourish and together we create a more compassionate foundation for future generations.
