Hey @FirstName

You did it! Your spot is officially booked for the Yes Mama Birth Workshop on Saturday 24 October. I am so excited to spend the day with you.

Here is everything you need to know before you arrive.

THE DETAILS:
Date: Saturday 24 October 2026
Time: 9:00am – 4:00pm (please aim to arrive by 8:50am so we can start on time)
Address: 30 Gerara Ct, Clagiraba, QLD
Parking: Onsite parking is available, no need to stress about finding a spot

WHAT TO BRING

A water bottle
A pillow (we use these during the positions module, trust me, you'll want one)
A notepad and pen, if you like taking your own notes alongside the workbook
Yourselves and an open mind

WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable clothes you can move in. We do hands-on practical work during the day, so leave the stiff jeans at home. Layers are a good idea as the temperature in the room can vary throughout the day.

FOOD
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are all provided and included in your booking. If you have any dietary requirements or allergies I need to know about, please reply to this email and let me know as soon as possible so I can make sure you're taken care of on the day.

ON THE DAY
We will cover six modules across the day, from what actually happens in labour, to your rights in the birth room, to what nobody tells you about the postnatal period. You will leave with a printed workbook, take-home cards for your hospital bag, a birth plan template, and a postnatal prep checklist.

You will also have direct DM access to me for 30 days after the workshop, so the support doesn't stop when the day ends.

ANY QUESTIONS?
Email me at hello@yesmama.com.au or DM me on Instagram @yesmamabirthco, I answer everything personally.

I cannot wait to see you on the 24th.
