Hello Wonderful woman,

I am so thrilled that you will be joining us for the Birth Preparation session.

A little about me and why I do this work. I am a mother of 3 c-section babies, this work is exactly what I needed when I was preparing to deliver my precious babies, you see I gave my power away, to the system as a woman birthing. Please be clear that I do not think that women who have had C-sections are not powerful, they absolutely are! BUT, I was not in my POWER as a WOMAN, when I was preparing for and delivering my babies.

I now offer a life of service, sharing what I believe is powerful medicine for women.

I have trained in Holistic Pelvic Care (HPC) with Tami Lynn Kent.

HPC is a holistic practice consisting of physical and energetic tools designed to evaluate, restore balance, and enhance vibrant flow in the pelvic space of the female body by working with a woman's core patterns. Where there is energetic and physical alignment in the pelvic bowl, creative energy flows more easily into a woman's body and all areas of her life. This is vital support for mothering.

If you are able to, prepare and beautify your space prior, if it is possible that will not be interrupted, this is the ideal.

Light a candle, if that aligns for you, perhaps a journal and pen along with some water or cup of tea.

Ensure you have a place to lie down if needed. and that you are comfy and warm. Extra blankets and Pillows are a great idea.
