What is Birth RITE?

Birth RITE is a hands on preparation for birth. A workshop based on how our natural birthing doula clients move their bodies during the birthing process. The exercises, techniques, stretches, and movements in our workshop will train you mentally and physically, specifically for your birthing day!! YOU were born to birth your baby!

Birth RITE birth body workshops in Sydney are designed not only to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to feel confident and prepared for labour and birth but also to have fun during the process. Learn practical techniques to reduce pain and optimise baby’s position for birth. including massage, bodywork, rebozo, birth ball, active birth positions & more.

The Birth RITE workshops are curated by Maitê Inaê and Mara Cunha two experienced and certified doulas by the Australian Doula College and associated members of the Doula Network Australia, mothers, and body work facilitators Maitê Inaê and Mara Cunha Together they have more than 20 years of experience.

This class is a must for anyone who wishes to have a natural birth whether you are wanting to birth at home, birthing centre, or a hospital. This workshop will give you and your partner the tools to prepare for your birth and labor.
