This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

An educational, networking morning for perinatal professionals, midwives, doulas, lactation consultants, childbirth educators, chiropractors, physiotherapists, OTs, photographers, students and all related birth workers and perinatal professionals to learn, share, support and connect.

What's included...
Included in your ticket is a 45 minute professional educational presentation, an incredible buffet of delicious food and drinks, plus time to connect to and speak with 20 other professionals who are as dedicated to serving perinatal women and men as you are.

The topic for the live presentation is 'Primary Influencing Factors of Birth Trauma'.

You'll learn:

☑️ what can be classified as 'birth trauma'
☑️ what the primary influencing factors of birth trauma are
☑️ what makes one individual's birth traumatic when another isn't (despite having similar events take place)
☑️ the role that you as a perinatal professional can play in avoiding trauma.

This is something that comes up so much in my trainings so understanding what influences the development of trauma in the birth space can really support you in understanding it and working with it post-trauma.

Both Danielle and I will be there so it will give you a unique opportunity to ask all of your questions related to this topic, or perinatal mental health or trauma.
