Wildflower Sounds offers intimate sound bath experiences in the Perth Hills - grounded in the science of the nervous system and designed for people who are ready to genuinely rest.

Sessions use crystal singing bowls, a frame drum, chimes, and other instruments to support a measurable shift from the body's stress response into parasympathetic rest. Every session is planned with intention - the instruments, frequencies, and pace are chosen specifically for the people in the room. You do not need experience, belief, or any particular state of mind. You just need to show up.

All sessions are trauma-aware, inclusive, and kept deliberately small - a maximum of 10 people - so that every person in the room feels genuinely held.

Wildflower Sounds serves the broader Perth community through regular group sound baths, with specialist sessions for pregnancy and the postnatal period. Private and corporate bookings are available for teams, events, mother's blessings, and other bespoke gatherings - enquire directly for availability.

Emma is the founder and facilitator - Irish-born, Perth-based, mother of two, and currently completing her Diploma in Integral Sound Healing. She came to this work through exhaustion, not inspiration - and that is exactly why she understands the people who find their way into her room.
