With nearly 30 years of international experience, I help salespeople and sales teams consistently exceed performance goals through personalized coaching, proven methodologies, and a deep understanding of sales psychology and behavior. From London to Hong Kong, I’ve trained thousands of professionals, led initiatives that boosted revenue by up to 40%, and partnered with both global enterprises and boutique firms to scale high-performing sales organizations.

I specialize in transforming sales cultures, streamlining onboarding, strengthening leadership capabilities, and implementing repeatable, data-driven systems that deliver measurable, lasting results.

I’m also a Certified AI Trainer through Adaptig, where I deliver the SPARK AI workshop. This live, hands-on program helps teams adopt AI responsibly and consistently to improve productivity, communication, and execution. Certified in Objective Management Group assessments, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and the Predictor of Performance system by the Self Management Group, I apply a practical, insight-driven approach that sharpens skills, builds confidence, and drives consistent execution across teams.

The outcome: empowered sales teams that close more deals, retain top talent, and sustain growth.
