Join Bistrot MIRA for its third edition at the Jasper Corner Federal Hall!
Offering curated culinary experiences, MIRA is run by French-Australian husband and wife duo, Pamela Maudy & Geoffrey Antonino. The couple settled in the Northern Rivers region in 2022 after relocating from Marseille, via Mexico. Trained as a chef in Paris, Pamela always prioritises seasonal and local produce. Together they focus on form and colour, freshness and originality, taking influences from the places they have passed through.
Join us for a delicous dinner in the garden along long flowered tables and under candlelight.
April 1st. Two seatings are available for reservation, 6.00pm or 7.30pm
