Bach in the Dark - Music for Two Cellos

Audience favourite, and Rachel’s dear friend (and former teacher) David Pereira is back in 2026!

Many of you might remember the live-streamed concert Rachel and David did in 2025, featuring an incredible arrangement of Bach’s incredible ‘Chaconne’ in D minor. As they were packing up, David turned to Rachel and said ‘Wouldn’t it be wonderful to play that to a live audience?’. And so the two friends will do just that!

Of course, there’ll be other music - other sets of variations by Kummer and David Pereira, a sparkly sonata by Boccherini, two Bach inventions, and to finish, there will be the magnificent Chaconne to take your breath away!

There will be music to get you smiling, music to make your heart beat a little slower, music to make you fall in love with the sound of two cellos. You'll love it!
