    Event description

For this next concert, Rachel is taking a little break, and is handing over to two dear friends - Veronique Serret and William Barton. The are presenting a special concert - 'HEARTLAND'.

Heartland is a musical collaboration between didgeridoo virtuoso William Barton and violin powerhouse Véronique Serret. Together they have developed a unique sound that takes a soulful approach to music and storytelling- at once lyrical, earthy and contemporary.

Collaborators William Barton and Véronique Serret join forces creating a modern day songline through their eyes, reflective of the contours of our unique Australian landscape. Didgeridoo, violin and voice come together creating a unique and timeless sound experience.

Together they take listeners on a musical journey exploring songlines, landscape and the immense possibilities of their instruments. Featuring didgeridoo, violins and vocals they blend ancient and modern inspiration.

Ticket sales will close at 4.30pm on the day of the concert. The stream will also stay accessible for a few days after the concert, so if you have plans on this particular night, you can always watch it a few days afterwards...

The live stream will be broadcast on the Youtube platform. You will need a link to access the stream - this link will be emailed to all ticket purchasers 2 hours before the event. If you have not received the link by 5.30pm (Sydney time) on the day of the concert, please email bachinthedark@gmail.com so it can be sent to you directly.
