About the Presenter:  Karen Tearney has been in corporate life for over 20 years. It took her that long to realise that despite an excessive amount of traditional leadership and teamwork training her real teachers had been standing in the paddock all along.

Thankfully, horses are patient creatures, and after qualifying as an Equine Facilitated Therapist, Karen and her herd are helping teamwork really become dreamwork.
