Brews & Bites - a Table Under a Tree & Wandana Event -

Who ever said wine was the only thing you can pair with good food?! This event will introduce guests to the wonderful world of matching craft beer with artisan food. We'll showcase the unique range of small batch brews from Wandana Brewing Co, all crafted here in the majestic Northern Rivers of NSW. Participants will learn how each beer is uniquely fermented to the vibrations of music; and then get to explore foods that complement – or challenge – the flavours and style of the brew. All the food being matched will be the product of small-scale producers in the region; with everything from fine cheeses, to aged charcuterie, to small-batch ferments. We'll help people get to know not only the taste of the food, but the personalities who bring it to life. Guests will hear from Wandana's expert brewers, and be guided throughout by Table Under a Tree's food-loving team.
