Sunday School at District Wine Village | Bites & Flights with Katherine

Join us for a fun hour of wine & food. 
A wine and food tasting lead by Katherine the Grape and food prepared by Chef Ian.

This tasting seminar includes 4 wines paired with their own food bite in a fun informative experience. 
Seminar takes place in the District Wine Village Boardroom located behind Canter Cellars

FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGS 

Winemaker’s Cut - Fidelia Sparkling paired with fried chicken + mustard seed + curry leaf

One Faith - Pinot Blanc paired with apple pie + caramel + lemon zest + oat crumble

Foolish - Sly Rosé - spicy tuna tartare + black sesame + chives + cured egg yolk + wonton crisp

Gneiss Chief Red - porcini arancini + umami aioli
