These two great session will be running simultaneously in two separate rooms. They are open to all BJMA Members over the age of 13yrs.

BJMA BJJ fundamentals - Level 1 (3 hours)
Work on fundamental BJJ defences, the skills you learn are part of the ZDK and Krav Maga syllabus but more importantly, they are skills you need to know to better defend yourself.

This course will be conducted by Kyoshi Peter Smedley.

BJMA Bo Complex Drill - Parts 1 and Parts 2 (2 hours)
We will be working on Soke Richards Bo complex parts 1 and 2. You will be learning the attacker and defender roles for both part 1 and 2. The group will be broken into two main groups. 1st group will be those with little or no experience of part 1.

The 2nd group will be those with a reasonable grasp of part 1 for at least 1 side.

The course will be conducted my Kyoshi Mike Quin and Kyoshi Matt Ball
