Cocktail Hour (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM): Kick off the evening early! For an additional $10, join us for an exclusive pre-gala cocktail hour featuring complimentary drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and an intimate setting to mingle with other industry professionals before the main doors open.

The dress code is Traditional and/or Formal Attire. Guests are encouraged to wear elegant formal wear or cultural outfits
- How do I purchase the $10 Cocktail Hour option?
The $10 Cocktail Hour is available as an optional add-on during checkout. When purchasing your main gala admission ticket, simply select the Cocktail Hour option to join us early from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for exclusive signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres.
- What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest (aged 25+) prior to the event.

Black & White is a 25+ event. Please bring valid government-issued photo ID for age verification at the door.

Opening remarks from CTPA leadership, keynotes from distinguished Tamil leaders, awards presentation, and a multi-course dinner.

Celebration
Dance floor opens with live DJ entertainment, photo booth experiences, and late-night networking.

Doors Close
Registration officially closes as we begin our formal evening program, keynotes, and dinner service. Guests arriving after 9PM should proceed directly inside to the main hall for coordinator assistance.
