Hey everyone, please join us for our NSW State Ride. This year we are starting from Narrabri, Northern NSW. 

We are traveling through the area that has been flood affected, hoping to have some good conversations, listening to people can be a blessing. We want to put some money back into the towns struggling. 

As always, Raising Awareness of Depression & Suicide Prevention and letting people know there is help.

Ride Registration

Registrations to ride all the way with Black Dog Ride are strictly limited. Registrations close when all places are filled, or at 5pm ACDT 3rd October 2023.

Registration for the full NSW State Black Dog Ride includes:

• Entry and participation in the fully organised Ride 
• Back up of a Support Vehicle en route
• NSW State Ride 2023 cloth patch, round ride decal, and bumper sticker

• NSW State Ride 2023 T-Shirt ($35 Optional Purchase - Not included in Registration ) Shirts will be sent out after the ride.

Ride Itinerary 

The broad itinerary for this ride is as follows.

Check in: Narrabri Wednesday 4th Oct 2023 at 5pm-6pm

Stands Up: Thursday 5th Oct 2023 at 9am

Start point: Narrabri Motel & Caravan Park, 52 Cooma Rd, Newell Hwy, Narrabri NSW 2390. Start point each day will be at the designated Accommodation location listed.

Total Distance: Narrabri to Yamba - approx. 1789km

Accommodation: To make it easier for accommodation staff when booking, say you are with NSW State Black Dog Ride

Meals: All meals are the responsibility of the participant and are not supplied by Black Dog Ride

Rider Brief: 5pm every night - must attend

Daily route: 

• Thursday 5th Oct: Day Trip - 320km (Narrabri, Moree, Bingara, Narrabri)

• Friday 6th Oct: Day Trip - 323km (Narrabri, Coonabarabran, Pilliga, Narrabri)

Ride Preparation

It is imperative that riders ensure their bike is registered, roadworthy, and in proper working order, ready for the significant distance ride ahead. It is also imperative that riders and pillion passengers are fit and well enough for the journey. Black Dog Ride does not take responsibility for these matters.

At all times, the use of illegal substances is prohibited. At the conclusion of the event or days documented riding, and/or if an event includes multiple days, including evening social events and meals, we expect your decision to consume alcohol to be in moderation and within legal limitations. Non-compliance of this requirement will result in your immediate disqualification from further participation in the event, and no refunds will be given
