About the Author
Steven A. Holmes has worked as a correspondent or editor at some of the country’s top news organizations, including Time, The Washington Post, CNN, and The New York Times, where he won the 2001 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting. His previous book, Ron Brown: An Uncommon Life, is a biography of the ground-breaking political operative. Steve is currently the Board Chair with the Student Press Law Center. He is married, with two daughters and two granddaughters. He lives in Lewes, DE.
