We’re bringing together the best from our kitchen and local gin for a very special Blackmans x Bellarine Distillery Gin Dinner.

Across the evening, you’ll enjoy five courses, each thoughtfully paired with a different Bellarine Distillery Gins. Some will be served as cocktails, others as beautifully simple gin drinks designed to let the spirit shine.

The menu has been created to move from fresh and bright through to rich, warming and indulgent. Think Pacific oyster with passionfruit, lamb shoulder with crisp polenta and salsa verde, a refreshing Winnie cider granita palate cleanser, spice-crusted bluefin tuna, beef short rib, and an Eton mess with cherry and chocolate to finish.

Each course will be matched with a Bellarine Distillery favourite, including Teddy and the Fox, Bear & The Koala’s, The Old Dodger, Trooper & The Roo, and Rosey Rouge.

It’s a chance to sit back, eat well, drink beautifully, and enjoy a guided evening celebrating one of the Bellarine’s much-loved distilleries.

Tickets are $89pp and include five courses with five paired gin serves.
