FIRST RELEASE: $150+bf member, $155+bf non-member 

SECOND RELEASE: $160+bf member, $165+bf non-member 

THIRD RELEASE: $170+bf member, $175+bf non-member

⚠️ This form must be completed AT TIME OF TICKET PURCHASE⚠️

✅At time of ticket purchase you MUST submit a table form (10 people per table)

✅Please nominate ONE person on your table to send through this form.

✅If you do not have 10 people YOU MUST STILL SUBMIT A TABLE FORM with however many people you do have. Please note that if you do not have a table of 10 we cannot guarantee you will be seated together.

⛔️ There will be a strict, first in, best-dressed policy for tickets. If you are not available at the designated ticket release time, please make arrangements for someone to purchase your ticket on your behalf. There will be a maximum of 2 tickets per person. Please check the event at this time for the ticketing link.

❌ There will be no refunds issued. If you can no longer attend and need to sell your ticket, please contact Pailin at marketingvp@blackstone.asn.au to have the name changed. Tickets will not be valid if the name on the face is incorrect.
