Online Event

Please email mhfa@csu.edu.au as soon as your receive a confirmation of purchase from this event so we can supply you with your eLearning voucher. You MUST complete the eLearning component (6 modules – takes around 5 hours to complete fully online) PRIOR to attending our fully online workshops delivered via ZOOM (Active attendance and participation in both workshops is mandatory to successfully complete the full course requirements). CSU charges $10 for your workshop, so the total cost for your MHFA certificate is $80. Any questions, please email mhfa@csu.edu.au before you book your eLearning or workshop. We will accept cancellations within 48 hours of workshop value only of $10. Vouchers and cost of postage of manual are not refundable ie $60. If you need to cancel or postpone your workshop, this may not always be possible through CSU due to our high demand and limited numbers in workshops. It may be necessary to book in with an external provider and pay a separate workshops fee (Usually around $99 for the workshops). You will need to book into and complete your workshops within 3 months of completing your eLearning. eLearning vouchers expire 3 months from registration. Please note - Although our workshops are online, please ensure we have your full participation ie you are not on workplacement or at another tutorial or driving between appointments. Full participation is a requirement of attendance.
