How it works
Bring one bottle of wine you love, wrapped so the label is hidden. Throughout the evening, the table will taste each wine while Tim talks through his thought process in real time, explaining how he analyses aroma, structure and flavour to uncover what's in the glass.
As each bottle is revealed, we'll share the wines around the table over a delicious shared four-course dinner, learning practical wine knowledge you can use long after the evening ends.
