    Celebrate World Health Day at our Lunchtime Bliss Ball Making Workshop, led by registered nutritionist Belinda Grocott

    The workshop will kick off with a brief talk on the nutritional benefits of snacking at work, before diving into crafting and enjoying five bliss ball recipes. Bliss ball flavours: Snicker balls, protein cranberry, lemon & sunflower seed, cookie dough bites and banana bread. Bliss balls are full of protein and vitamins and minerals, are quick to prepare & store well in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for 3 months. Take home recipe cards will be provided so you can make them again at home.

    Light lunch included
    Enjoy a light lunch featuring five nutritious salads and fresh bread, with options for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets. 

    About Belinda
    Belinda is a trained G.E.M.M practitioner and an expert in clinical nutrition, with an Advanced Diploma and awards for Best Clinical Practitioner and Academic Excellence. Her passion for gut health and sharing delicious recipes designed to help and heal gut function will leave you feeling inspired and energised.
