YOUR SPACE

· Find a quiet space with no interruptions

· Yoga mat or thin mattress (no pillows – we want to open our throat)

· Speaker or headset connected to your phone or computer

· Comfortable clothing – maybe a blanket and socks

· Best to avoid eating anything 1.5 hours prior to session

BEFORE SESSION

· Download Zoom to your device

· Allow time to prepare and settle into your environment – we start at 6pm AWST Perth - Australia

· Check internet connection and all is in order in plenty of time so you can fully relax

· Please mute your self before we begin but leave camera on
