Time to relax and unwind with an event to soothe the Body Mind & Soul.

The event begins with Chair yoga with Asharnaye leaving you stretched, flexed and relaxed to then bathe in the awesomeness of Gong Vibes with Mick.

BYO yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bottled water. Wear loose comfortable clothing.

This event is drug and alcohol free.

Light refreshments will be provided during event.
