Sound Immersion with Alex Salvador – A Sunday Evening Reset

End your weekend with deep rest and renewal in this immersive sound experience guided by multi-instrumentalist Alex Salvador of The Rhythm Connection.

Let waves of sound wash over you as Alex weaves together the rich tones of exotic flutes — Slovakian fujara, Armenian duduk, Native American drone flute, and Bolivian moxenia — with the soothing resonance of a wind gong, tongue drums, frame drum, singing bowls, African harp, ocean drum, rain stick, Koshi chimes, and more.

Held on a Sunday evening, this session is designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and gently prepare your mind and body for the week ahead.

You’ll also have the chance to engage in meditative sound-making using tone chimes from Japan, and explore your voice through optional singing. Or simply rest, listen, and receive.

Open to adults and young people aged 13 and over. Soft mats are provided — please bring a pillow and blanket/sheet for comfort.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are and let the sound carry you into a state of calm and clarity.
