To celebrate World Meditation Day this May 20th, 2023, the team at City Cave Rouse Hill are excited to welcome Rachel Aymie Hicks - an experienced breathwork facilitator from Blissful Breathwork.

Rachel will share her expertise with our community by hosting a breathwork workshop that invites the process of releasing any stored negative energy in the body, that may manifest as unexpressed emotions, limiting beliefs and negative thoughts.

It is a journey within to heal and let go of what no longer serves you.

The nature of the breathwork session means spaces are extremely limited, so don't miss your opportunity for inner bliss.

Due to the nature of this work and the deep processes involved, there are certain medical conditions that will prevent you from attending, with the exception you have a written clearance from your physician or Doctor.

These conditions include the following:

• Pregnancy

• Extreme asthma

• Cardiovascular / Heart conditions

• High heart rate

• High Blood pressure

• Epilepsy

• History of seizures

• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)
