In a lovely, spacious room, you'll be guided through breathing and movement in preparation for being bathed in the wonderful sound of crystal bowls and other beautiful instruments. Our intention is for you to feel calm, grounded and fully relaxed, to rediscover the many aspects of yourself through stillness, frequency and gratitude. You'll feel lasting benefits for days afterwards.
There is so much science behind the benefits of the frequencies and vibrations you will experience at our sound baths. Water is a powerful conductor of sound (more powerful than air). We are made up of mostly water (mixed with salt and other elements), which gives our bodies greater capacity to be affected by, and respond to vibration. When you are relaxed and comfortable, and bathed in the sounds of singing bowls, Nepalese bowls, and other healing instruments, your body has an opportunity to rest, repair and heal, above and beyond what is possible in everyday life.
It may appear that you are doing nothing, when in fact, you are doing so much to support the wellbeing of your mind and body.
PARTICIPANTS BYO:
Comfortable, warm clothes (socks recommended)
Eye pillow/mask (this will make a HUGE difference to your experience)
Mat to lay on (for about 45 minutes)
Blanket to cover you
Cushion for your head
Highly recommend a big cushion or rolled up blanket for under your knees
