Gallery 1 | From My Inner World
Jeremy Barrett
Practicing on Ngunnawal land, Jeremey Barrett's practice has spanned over fifty years. From My Inner World surveys abstract paintings and prints based on observations of the natural world. Rejecting trends and social commentary, Barrett focuses purely on the aesthetic and emotional resonance of the works.
Gallery 2 | Six Degrees
Chezqah Agnir, Sophia Gawan-Taylor & Zair Ahmed
Six Degrees is an exploration of the interconnectedness of the human experience; Drawing on the relationships and expanding social networks of young and emerging artists, Zair Ahmed, Cheqah Agnir and Sophia Gawan-Talor, platforming the diverse and evolving artistic lenses through which they capture the nuances of their changing worlds.
Six Degrees is curated by Angelina Allen.
Gallery 3 | Corridors of Power
Caren Florance & Melinda Smith
Smith & Florance are collaborating again, fixing their collective beady eye onto the myths and legends of John Howard and his cronies. Of course he brought in gun control! …or did he?
Exhibitions run from Friday 3 October - Sunday 26 October 2025
Gallery opening times: Wednesday to Sunday, 12 - 5pm.
M16 Artspace operates on the lands of the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people. We honour and pay our respects to their traditional custodians. We acknowledge this land always was and always will be the country of Australia’s First Nations People. Sovereignty was never ceded.
