Gallery 1 | Traced Life
Racheal Bruhn & John Nelson
Traced Life brings together the paintings of artists Racheal Bruhn and John Nelson who both picture their worlds through painting to investigate the shadows and echoes of past stories. Through works exploring broken stories and experiences of loss, Traced Life presents two different perspectives on time, place and narrative.
Gallery 2 | SPLIT OPEN
Natasha Tareen
SPLIT OPEN marks artist Natasha Tareen’s debut solo exhibition.
Drawing from Central and South Asian mythology alongside themes of femininity and autonomy, her work brings together ethereal figures, dark spaces, unseen spirits and personal narratives.
Through scroll-like visuals alongside reimagined objects and clothing, she explores the intersection of myth, identity, and generational storytelling.
Gallery 3 | New Works: 3 stories
Susan Morris, Caryn Giblin & Paula Watson.
New Works: 3 Stories brings together the work of printmakers Susan Morris, Caryn Giblin and Paula Watson who explore their relationships with place and the natural world in this deeply considered body of new work.
Exhibition runs from Friday 16 May - Sunday 8 June 2025.
Gallery opening times: Wednesday to Sunday, 12 - 5pm.
M16 Artspace operates on the lands of the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people. We honour and pay our respects to their traditional custodians. We acknowledge this land always was and always will be the country of Australia’s First Nations People. Sovereignty was never ceded.
