🤝🏻 Looking to build your community of men?

👂🏻 Missing a friendly ear in your life?

🗣️ Chasing a space to feel seen and heard?

Running on the first Wednesday night of every month, the Bloke Chats Men's group is just that: A gathering of men from all walks of life coming together to build better mental health and a stronger sense of community. Come along and share what's real for you: Wins or challenges in relationships, work, fatherhood or any aspect of life, all are welcome.

How it will run:

7:00 pm - Meet at the Canning Vale Community Centre (Eucalyptus Blvd & Waratah Blvd).

7:15-8:45 pm - Men's Circle: An opportunity to share what's real for you, being seen and heard by a group of men in a non-judgmental, confidential space. Sharing your story is a challenge by choice, sometimes sitting and listening is all you need.

8:45-9 pm - Individual commitment: In the last 15-minutes, we make a commitment to ourselves and the group to take action or work on a behaviour over the next day, week, month or year. We do this together to provide accountability to ourselves in a supportive environment.

Tea and coffee will be provided, so grab a cuppa, pull up a chair and let's have a yarn. Anyone who identifies as male is encouraged to come along.
