Blokes & Braids at Moon Dog World

Blokes & Braids is back! This time we're heading to Moon Dog World for an afternoon of practical skills, good snacks and great company.

Join other dads and father figures for a relaxed afternoon learning some simple hairstyling skills, having a laugh and connecting with other dads.

We’ll have a facilitator on hand to take you through the basics and help you practise a range of easy hairstyles, so you can build your skills and confidence for the next school morning, dance concert or "Dad, can you do my hair?" moment.

No experience needed and absolutely no pressure to be good at it!

What to expect:

• Hands-on hairstyling practice and guidance
• Tips and tricks to make doing hair easier
• Light snacks provided
• A relaxed and welcoming afternoon
• A chance to meet and connect with other dads and father figures

Drinks will be available to purchase from the bar, and you're very welcome to stick around afterwards and enjoy everything Moon Dog World has to offer.

Tickets are $35 per person. Ticket sales help cover the costs of running the event, with proceeds supporting Parent Thread, a non-profit creating opportunities for parents to connect and build community.

Please note: This is a dads and father figures-only event. Children do not attend.

Whether you can already manage a French braid or you're still figuring out a ponytail, you're very welcome.
