Blood and Metal 3 - Novice Powerlifting

Welcome to Blood and Metal 3, Below Parallel’s 3rd and largest 3-lift novice comp of 2022. 
Anyone is welcome to enter and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female lifters decided by bodyweight formula. No softsuit required and entry for spectators is free. Previous winners can compete, but cannot win.

Weigh in will be on the morning of the competition, beginning at 7:30.

Please submit openers in the week prior to the 27th of November.
