Blood and Metal IV - The Liftening

Welcome to Blood and Metal, Below Parallel’s final 3-lift novice comp of 2023.

The event looks to sell out very quickly, BUT as soon as we have the available numbers on the waitlist, we will open up a second full day. So if you miss out, jump on the waitlist and keep an eye on your emails as you will be notified as soon as the next day becomes available. 

Anyone is welcome to enter and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female lifters decided by bodyweight formula. No softsuit required and entry for spectators is free. Previous winners can compete, but cannot win.

Weigh in and rack/pin heights will be on the morning of the competition, beginning at 7:30.

Please submit openers in the week prior to the last week before the comp to allow the meet to be set up efficiently.

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal. It is the courage to continue that counts" - Every lifter that has ever bombed squats. 

-Rules and calls are as per traditional raw powerlifting, sleeves only (wraps may be worn but the lifter will be unable to compete for prizes).

-Shoes must be worn, deadlift socks must be worn and a t-shirt must be worn for squats and bench press. There are no restrictions on belts or wrist wraps.
