Bloom & Brave — Kids Yoga School Holiday Workshop

A fun, creative and empowering school holiday experience designed especially for primary school-aged children.

Bloom & Brave is a 90-minute kids yoga workshop all about helping children move their bodies, understand their emotions, build inner strength and discover practical tools to help them feel calmer and more confident.

Inspired by spring and the idea that we are always growing, children will explore yoga, movement, breathing, mindfulness, games and creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Throughout the workshop we’ll explore themes including managing big emotions, building inner strength, positive self-talk, kindness and self-belief — but always in a way that feels engaging, playful and age-appropriate.

The workshop will include:
• Kids yoga & mindful movement
• Fun breathing and calming techniques
• Active and seated yoga games
• Creative reflection activities
• Exploring big emotions and what helps us regulate them
• Building confidence, resilience and inner strength
• A special Big Emotions Glitter Jar for each child to create and take home
• Guided relaxation and mindfulness

Children do not need any previous yoga experience — just come as you are, ready to move, create and have fun.

Places will be kept limited to create a welcoming environment where every child has space to participate and connect.
