While we celebrate the birth of a baby, we often forget the birth of the mother. This transition—matrescence—is a profound psychological, emotional, and physical shift. It is a beautiful, messy, and deeply transformative season that you do not have to navigate alone.

Our upcoming Bloom and Breathe Spring sessions are dedicated entirely to this journey,

I know how precious and scarce your time is, so we are gathering every 3rd week throughout spring. This deliberate, spacious rhythm gives you the breathing room to step out of the daily juggle, deeply integrate each experience, and prioritize your own nurturing without adding pressure to your calendar. Together, we will create a contained space to breathe through the heavy pieces of modern motherhood and allow your new identity to safely bloom.

✨ What to expect in the "Bloom & Breathe" circle:

Breathe: Somatic grounding, calming breathwork, and nervous system regulation to release maternal burnout and anxiety.
Bloom: Guided journaling and reflective practices focused on identity rediscovery and stepping into your power as a mother.
Unfiltered Sharing: A safe, judgment-free space to speak your truth about the complex duality of motherhood.
Deep Sisterhood: Lasting connections with other mothers who truly understand the highs and the lows of this season.

📍 Where: Breathe to Believe yoga studio, 1 Doswell Terrace Kadina.
💫 Investment: $55 for single sessions or special introductory price of $135 upfront for the full 3-session journey *Limited to the first 5 sign ups*.

You are encouraged to come just are you, messy buns, trackies or leggings, sleep deprived and all. A reminder that these session are catered for all mothers, from those in the early days right up to the seasoned mothers. You are all welcomed to Bloom and Breathe.
