Ready to grow together? "Bloom & Thrive" is a dynamic workshop for mums & daughters to explore the art of building confidence, nurturing self-esteem, and cultivating a healthy mind. Through creative activities, interactive discussions, and empowering tools, you’ll learn how to support each other on the journey to becoming your best selves. This workshop will help you and your daughter bloom from the inside out—while connecting and having fun along the way!

This event is designed for ages 9 plus. However, we encourage you to use your discretion when booking if you believe your child, regardless of age, would be a great fit for the workshop. We welcome all who are eager to participate and grow.

It’s absolutely okay to bring a child you have a strong connection with, even if you're not related by blood. Sometimes, the people who impact us the most are the ones we choose to surround ourselves with. Whether you’ve formed a deep bond through friendship, mentorship, or shared experiences, it’s the quality of the relationship that matters most. If you’ve nurtured a connection built on trust, support, and love, that’s what counts—and you both deserve to grow and thrive together!

What to wear:

🌸 Wear something that makes you feel confident and happy! Whether it’s a bold, colorful outfit or even a pair of fairy wings, just make sure you’re vibing with it. (Keep in mind we’ll be sitting on yoga mats or bolsters, and moving around a bit, maybe even some sneaky dancing...so make sure your outfit works for that!)
