This October, Global Citizen is coming to Perth and we want young West Australians to be part of what happens next.

Join Global Citizen and Bloom for an evening of ideas and connection as we launch the Global Citizen NOW: Perth x Bloom Design Challenge.

From 18–20 October, Global Citizen NOW: Perth will bring leaders from across Australia, the Indo-Pacific and the world to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. The three-day summit will focus on clean energy, energy access and the industries and partnerships needed to power tomorrow’s energy system, ahead of COP31.

We want different perspectives in the room, from science, design, business, technology, policy, arts, health, communications, community and everything in between. Tackling big problems requires an interdisciplinary approach.

What to expect: Drinks and food, a short panel conversation, the public launch of the Design Challenge, plenty of time to meet people, and a chance to contribute to the questions participants will tackle later in October

Bloom is Western Australia’s Centre of Innovation, helping young people turn ideas into real-world impact through entrepreneurship programs, mentoring, events and coworking.
