Join us on World Menopause Awareness Day for Bloom Through Every Stage, an exclusive women’s wellness event created to educate, connect and empower women through perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause.

Hosted by Kim Morrison, alongside leading women’s health experts Dr Tara Hanaphy and Nat Kringoudis, this immersive experience brings together three powerful voices for expert insights, honest conversations and practical tools that women can apply to everyday life.

Throughout the event, we will explore the hormonal changes women experience during midlife, helping you better understand your body and feel more confident navigating each stage. Whether you are currently experiencing perimenopause, menopause or postmenopause, supporting someone you love, or simply wanting to feel better prepared for the years ahead, you are warmly invited to join us.

More than an educational event, Bloom Through Every Stage is an opportunity to pause, connect and share a beautiful day with a community of women who understand. You will leave feeling informed, empowered and supported through every stage of your hormonal journey.
