What would it feel like to give yourself an afternoon with nowhere else to be?

Bloom Within is a four-hour spring retreat created by Chantelle from Wildflower Faces, Elissa from One Mind Wellness and Jess from Meraki Movement. Together, we’ll guide you through gentle movement, mindful skincare, meditation, breath and an immersive sound journey, with space to rest, reflect and enjoy the garden.

You don’t need to arrive feeling calm. Come as you are, and let the afternoon unfold.

Your afternoon includes:

🌸 A mindful Wildflower Faces skincare experience with Chantelle, plus a goodie bag to take home.

🧘 Gentle spring yoga with Jess, offering a chance to move, stretch and reconnect with your body at your own pace.

✨ Meditation, breath and an immersive sound journey with Elissa, inviting you to slow down, settle and receive.

You’ll also enjoy nourishing light food, time in nature, and moments of ritual and reflection. We’re adding a few special touches, too: Loco Love treats, a photo booth and a lucky door prize to bring a little extra joy to the afternoon.

The experience is thoughtfully woven together around a simple invitation: ground, nourish, receive and bloom. There’s no need to rush from one activity to the next. This is time set aside for you.

Everyone is welcome.

No experience with yoga, meditation or sound is needed. Your facilitators are highly trained and will guide you throughout the afternoon. If you have individual needs that would help you feel comfortable, please let us know ahead of time so we can support you.

What to bring:

All the essentials will be provided, including yoga mats, eye pillows, afternoon tea and refreshments. Come as you are and bring your drink bottle.

We’ll send you an email during the week of the event with all the finer details. Please check your junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

If you’ve been giving a lot of yourself lately, feeling caught up in the pace of everyday life, or simply longing for a few hours of care and connection, we’d love to welcome you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, grounded and ready to bloom. 🌸

Places are intentionally limited to keep the experience personal. Book your place and join us in the garden.
