We know being a woman in business means you face unique challenges and stressors that can make life hard to navigate. We want to help with that!

Blooming in Business is all about developing your personal toolkit, giving you the ability to bloom wherever you are planted. You will experience a variety of thoughtful and engaging activities aimed at giving you practical knowledge and tips, grounded in research.

We are going to explore topics such as bias in the workplace, your strengths and values and how to find confidence in your voice. Reflect on your experiences in a supportive group of like-minded women and leave feeling inspired and empowered to take on whatever the world throws at you.
