Join Ema and Paula on this 1.5-hour healing journey through sound and energy healing, inviting you to soften into the season ahead and gently bloom into your fullest self. Together, these practices will help open the heart space, release what no longer serves, and nurture the blossoming of your inner being. You will emerge lighter, grounded, and aligned with your natural rhythm.

This heart-centred experience invites you to soften into the season ahead, restoring yourself to a natural rhythm through guided meditation, the grounding resonance of the Monochord, the soothing tones of Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, intuitive energy healing, and supportive flower essences. Together, these practices gently open the heart space, clear what no longer serves, and nurture the blossoming of your inner self.

Our group sessions are intentionally small and intimate, allowing the instruments to be experienced in their purest form without technological amplification, only natural, resonant vibrations, with moments of silence gently woven throughout to support integration, stillness, and deeper rest.

To make yourself comfortable, please bring:
• A yoga mat is provided for each guest. If you’d like extra comfort or prefer your own, feel free to bring a personal mat to layer over. You’re also welcome to bring a small pillow or cushion if you wish (bolsters & blankets will be provided)
• A bottle of water
• An eye pillow (optional, but helpful for daytime rest)
• Pen & paper to capture any insights during the session

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing, as healing sessions can sometimes feel cool. To maintain the sacred energy, please ensure your phone is switched off or on silent mode.

With a lifetime immersed in the mystical and over five years supporting clients, she blends ancient healing traditions with modern wellness practices. Her work supports emotional clarity, spiritual alignment, and personal transformation, empowering individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves and foster resilience, self-trust, and harmonious balance in life.

Ema, founder of Somatic Sound Therapy, is a trained Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Therapy practitioner with six years of experience. As a multi-instrumentalist and energy healer, she combines evidence-based techniques with intuitive insight to create deeply supportive experiences. Her work also extends into community services, where she helps individuals cultivate resilience, foster meaningful connections, and nurture overall well-being.

Together, they weave the energetic tapestry of your being, guiding body, mind, and spirit back into alignment. In this nurturing space, old tension and stagnation gently release, leaving room for clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of connection to yourself.
